3.1 Credential Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your unagame account login credentials, including your username and password. 4.1 Currency. All transactions on the unagame Platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). Deposits made in other currencies may be subject to conversion at the prevailing exchange rate, and any associated conversion fees are borne by the Player.

5.4 Promotional Eligibility. 6.2 Random Number Generation. 11.5 Force Majeure. unagame shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, power outages, internet service disruptions, or cyberattacks.
12.1 Suspension by unagame. unagame reserves the right to suspend or restrict your account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or where required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.
12.2 Termination by unagame. unagame may terminate your account permanently where: (a) you have committed a material breach of these Terms; (b) you have provided false information during registration or KYC; (c) your account has been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months; or (d) unagame is required to do so by law or regulatory directive.
12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account, any real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Winnings generated through fraudulent activity will be forfeited.
12.4 Voluntary Closure. You may request the closure of your unagame account at any time by contacting support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method following the completion of standard verification procedures.
